Through this first contact we will start on with basic questions prior signing up, so you are sure we are the right fit for you.
Then, once you sign-up to your plan we will continue build on your specificity through a questionnaire that will serve as the base support for your plan to meet your unique needs and goals within your environment.
Finally, through your fidelity your training plan will grow to always meet your objectives.
